[Herald Economics=Reporter Cheon Ye-seon] X (X, formerly Twitter), a social media service (SNS) owned by Elon Musk, is scheduled to launch 'X Chat', a messaging app similar to KakaoTalk or WhatsApp, on the 17th.
According to the Apple App Store on the 11th (local time), conversations exchanged in X Chat have end-to-end encryption applied so that others cannot view them. It also announced that it does not track conversation content and does not display ads.
