Siri 2.0 has been delayed multiple times, but personalized Siri 2.0 will be included in iOS 27 Beta 1,

Siri will retrieve appointment information from Mail, Calendar, or both.
Siri will then check the estimated arrival time at the doctor's office on Maps and tell you the appointment time and arrival time.
