
TVING Personal Information Breach Notification We are notifying you of a personal information breach and sincerely apologize to our members who use TVING.
We confirmed that on June 2, 2026, there was unauthorized access to the database storing user personal information, resulting in a personal information breach.
Based on information gathered to date, this incident was caused by an unknown hacker accessing the database containing personal information and transferring personal information files externally.
The breached personal information items include user ID, name, date of birth, gender, CI, DI, mobile phone number (last 4 digits encrypted), email (ID portion except domain encrypted),
refund account number (encrypted), password (one-way encrypted), and other information related to service usage.
After becoming aware of the breach, we blocked the attacker's IP access, changed our cloud access control policy, and modified our monitoring policy to
strengthen monitoring of database access and implement response measures. Furthermore, we have strengthened security monitoring to prevent further damage,
and are operating a customer service center for user damage relief.
Through our customer service center, we will confirm any necessary damages and provide support for related relief procedures.
To prevent any potential damage, we recommend changing your password for TVING and other services that use the same account information.
If you receive calls, emails, or other communications suspected of involving misuse of personal information or have any other questions, please contact the damage report department below.
