PlayStation June State of Play Highlights
Marvel Wolverine
The Wolverine game from Insomniac is the next big PlayStation 5 exclusive. The studio shared extended gameplay footage during the State of Play stream, which included a lot of blood. A lot! We also got our first glimpse of Jean Grey, who's searching for kidnapped mutants like Logan.
The next God of War protagonist is Faye
Santa Monica Studio revealed the next God of War game, starring Faye voiced by Deborah Ann Woll. The State of Play ended with an extended look at God of War Ragnarok, which follows Faye's story after the events of the previous game. We can't wait!
Rayman Legends Remake Coming This Fall
No streaming is complete without a remake announcement. That's the rule! Ubisoft announced Rayman Legends Remaster, a remake of the 2013 platformer. The game will launch on October 1st for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, and Xbox Series X.
Marvel World: Fighting Souls
Three more fighters have been revealed for Arc System Works' next animated fighting game, all villains. Magneto, Green Goblin, and Carnage join Marvel World: Fighting Souls on August 6th.
Kemuri: Hunter the Unseen
This upcoming action game lets you hunt demons with up to two other players. Judging by the trailer's music, the soundtrack will be full of bangers.
Dave the Diver: The Chef Edition
Dave the Diver is getting a stylish prequel. In Dave the Diver: The Chef Edition, you'll travel across Asia and learn from culinary masters.
Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis
New footage for Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis showed Lara Croft exploring snow-covered ruins and what looks like Egyptian tombs. This game is a remake of the first Tomb Raider, originally slated for 2026 but now delayed to February 12th, 2027. It also features dinosaurs! Awesome!
The Lost Wild Announced
Speaking of dinosaurs, Annapurna Interactive is publishing a dinosaur horror game called The Lost Wild. It looks terrifying. Dinosaurs are supposed to be scary!
Phantom Blade Zero Details Teaser Coming Soon
While Phantom Blade Zero won't release until September, Sony teased a gameplay deep dive coming this summer.
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty PS5 Release
After dominating big screens, Wo Long is now coming to your TV. Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty launches on PlayStation 5 on September 22nd.

Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective Trailer, Releases September 26th, Demo Out Now
Capcom announced that Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective will release on September 25th. This marks the first new mainline entry in the action-packed samurai series since 2006. While it features plenty of parrying, Ghost Trick isn't a Soulslike game. Good news for those who are tired of the genre! A demo is available now.
Silent Hill: Townfall
Annapurna Interactive revealed more footage during State of Play, including a new trailer for Silent Hill: Townfall, releasing on September 24th. The monsters in this game look even creepier than the ones from last year's Silent Hill f.
Ace Combat 8: Wings of Revenge
Bandai Namco showed off a new trailer for Ace Combat 8: Wings of Revenge. The flight footage looks incredibly smooth and action-packed, and it launches on October 2nd.
Stuntman Hollywood
Who is Forzage? State of Play included a look at Stuntman Hollywood, a new racing title about stunt drivers. It looks as chaotic as the Fast and Furious movies. However, there's no mention yet of how much family will be involved.
ILL - Story Trailer
More horror is coming your way! ILL is a very brutal first-person survival horror game where you play as someone who has just woken up from a coma. The world you wake up to is quite something! It feels a lot like The Walking Dead.
Control Resonant Summer Release Date Confirmed
Remedy's next adventure is Control: Resonant, the sequel to 2019's Control. This game follows Dylan, Jesse Faden's brother, as he navigates a twisted Manhattan. It's set to release on September 24th, joining all the other games releasing at the end of September.
Marathon Season 2 Starts Today
The new season for the game, Marathon: Nightfall, started on Tuesday. You can check out the spooky atmosphere for free until June 9th.
RuneScape Coming to PlayStation
RuneScape: Dragonwyrm will be coming to PlayStation 5 and will be available on PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium later this year. This game is a cooperative survival crafting game and will be the first RuneScape game to release on consoles.
Until Dawn 2 Arrives in 2027
A new development studio, Firesprite Games, is taking on Until Dawn 2. A group of ghost hunters sets out on an adventure to a remote island to make a viral hit. What could possibly go wrong! Just like the first game, everyone could survive, or they could all die. Their fate is in your hands.
