MSI Unveils First QD-OLED Monitor with Triple Mode Supporting Up to 680Hz

MSI's upcoming 32-inch 322URDX36 is the first monitor to feature a new 4K 360Hz QD-OLED panel. MSI has added triple mode functionality, supporting up to 680Hz.
This product utilizes a Samsung Display QD-OLED panel with RGB stripe pixel arrangement for clearer text and graphics without color smearing.
And here is MSI's first monitor, the MPG OLED 322URDX36.

First Triple Mode Monitor
MSI stated that the 322URDX36 is the world's first monitor to feature triple mode, unlike current dual-mode OLED monitors.
The three modes are supported via DisplayPort 2.1a: 3840x2160 resolution at 360Hz, 2560x1440 resolution at 520Hz, or 1920x1080 resolution at 680Hz. The HDMI 2.1 port is unlikely to support 4K 360Hz even with Display Stream Compression (DSC) technology.
MSI also mentioned that the fifth-generation Pental Tandem QD-OLED panel incorporates an improved anti-reflection film, further mitigating black level lift in bright environments. The peak brightness is specified at 1500 nits.
The bad news? We have to wait a little longer. While Samsung Display plans to start mass production of this panel in the second half of 2026, MSI stated that the 322URDX36 monitor will not be released to consumers until early 2027.
This monitor will make its first public appearance at Computex 2026 this week.
