Daejeon City held an information session and counseling event in Jakarta, Indonesia with four regional universities to attract international students. As part of the 'Foreign Student Recruitment Support Program,' the initiative aims to foster the development of regional universities and the city through the recruitment of global talent. Approximately 250 local students participated and received counseling regarding admission requirements and scholarship programs for each university. Prior to the session, Daejeon City visited local high schools and universities in Indonesia to conduct lectures promoting Korean culture and the city of Daejeon.
