ART, lyrics helper and nanny tidying stories

Hello.
They say that in Indonesia, if you just hire working people, the quality of life goes up vertically?

It's a sentiment I really agree with... How are other families doing?

I have four sons (two are latecomers) and because there are so many things to do, I hired two nannies, one ART (domestic helper), and one driver.… There was a time when I had four people.

Except for the housekeeper, everyone else has been let go.

Since then, housework has come into my own hands, and I've been able to form stronger bonds with my children. I also sleep better at night. Although I'm physically tired, my mind is very peaceful.

When I entrusted the housework to others, I realized how much I had broken and wasted things over the years, and how much energy I had poured into one person, whether they were good or bad at their job.

My children used to rely on the nanny for everything, even asking them to spoon-feed them. Now that she's gone, I'm proud to see them doing things on their own.

These days, when I watch YouTube or Instagram videos about beautiful houses or housekeeping, it seems like there's a trend in Indonesia to reduce or eliminate ART (assisten rumah tangga, domestic helper).

The minimum wage keeps going up, and the demands are increasing. More than anything, I hated how dependent I was on the people I hired while watching their moods.

I'm going to use that money to increase my home visits for lessons and expand my household chores a bit.
Even though I only bought a dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, and dryer, it's been great!

Next time, I'll write a review about my household chores! See you later
