Today's morning negotiations fell through, and Samsung Electronics has abandoned its future competitiveness in the semiconductor division.
For those wondering what this means, I think it would be good to read the post I wrote on the free bulletin board.
Below is the link.

Until now, there has been a steady outflow of talent due to lower salaries compared to Hynix, a competitor in the same domestic industry, and low performance bonuses, and I thought this was an opportunity to win back the hearts of employees.
However, such expectations have been shattered, and with emergency arbitration powers activated, the government's proposed arbitration plan doesn't seem to take much consideration of the special characteristics of the DS division.
Looking at posts related to the strike, there are many opinions saying 'why not just go to Hynix where they give more bonuses?' and people are already doing that in large numbers. If Hynix hires more experienced workers, more people can leave.
Of course, there will be many more people remaining, but it's questionable whether those people will be able to work as hard as before.
They say stock price represents a company's future... From a long-term perspective, it seems the direction of the stock price is already determined.
