I used to attend parties frequently in the past

Recently, I've been staying up late and going riding with acquaintances.

Usually when I go out, since I ride all day long, I need to take care of important matters beforehand so the riding doesn't get interrupted.

I don't remember exactly when, but there's a video on YouTube that shows the digestion process.


Food passes through the stomach, then the duodenum and small intestine

and winds down through the left abdomen

winds up through the center abdomen

winds down through the right abdomen

passes through the large intestine in a clockwise direction from the 7 o'clock position through the 5 o'clock position to the 6 o'clock anus for excretion.

Setting aside the left and center abdomen where digestion is in full swing

after massaging the lower right abdomen area, which is the final stage of digestion, to push it toward the large intestine

if you repeat the massage that goes clockwise along the path of the large intestine several times

those things that wouldn't come out so easily will come out well.

After doing it for about a year, I found that it's really a massage combined with anatomical knowledge and it was quite effective.

I'm sharing this because I think it would be good to try applying it before important riding.​
