The prosecution recently concluded a re-investigation and determined that former President Yoon knew that Ms. Kim had received luxury handbags but did not fulfill his reporting obligation. On the other hand, charges against former President Yoon for publicly disclosing false information regarding Ms. Kim's stock trading were dropped due to insufficient evidence.
