The KPK has named eight suspects in the alleged bribery case related to the unblocking of Building Use Rights (HGB) for Summarecon land in Bogor. Four of the eight suspects are confidants of the Minister of ATR/BPN, Nusron Wahid. The KPK is still investigating Nusron Wahid's involvement in this case. The alleged bribery involves the giving of money amounting to Rp 1.5 billion and Rp 2.1 billion for unblocking HGB and land administration. The KPK also found cash of Rp 8 billion and Rp 10 billion which are suspected to be related to bribery practices.
