The Korean men's basketball team has called up Moon Jung-hyun to replace injured player An Young-jun. An Young-jun suffered a finger injury during a practice match against the Philippines and will be unable to compete in the Asian Games. Moon Jung-hyun, who was selected first overall in the 2023 rookie draft by kt, has been playing as a starter and participated in the FIBA World Cup qualifiers last July. He is currently training in Japan and is scheduled to join the national team on the morning of the 9th. The Korean men's basketball team will face Saudi Arabia in their first group stage match on the 10th.
