Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) has revamped its board of directors through an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB). The changes include the replacement of several directors, such as Gatot Prasetyo who replaced Tan Jacky Chen as Director of Information Technology and Setiyo Wibowo who replaced Johanes Barus as Director of Risk Management. Hirwandi Gafar was also appointed as Director of Consumer Banking replacing Evita Barliana. BTN President Director, Nixon L.P Napitupulu, stated that this revamp is an effort for regeneration and rejuvenation of management at BTN. The new board of directors is expected to be able to take BTN to a higher level.
