Do you know which bakery is popular among Koreans these days?
It's Mongsim Mongsim, the hottest place right now.
I went there… the Mongsim.. that won first place at the Daejeon Bread Festival.
The bread is delicious. It's really good!
Ciabatta, baguette, and other breads are generally bland and savory~
It wasn't greasy, which was even better, and it tasted just like the bread I used to eat in Korea.
And this place is run by Carla Yules, the former Miss Indonesia.
She learned baking skills in Korea and opened a shop in Jakarta~ Amazing!
It's a good place for brunch and coffee time, and the atmosphere is perfect for leisurely enjoying bread.
It's so popular that among Koreans these days, you'll often hear "Have you been there?"
