A man in his 60s, Mr. A, was arrested for indecent exposure after he was seen lowering his pants and exposing himself on a walking path near the Yonsei University Sinchon Campus in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. Police are investigating Mr. A, who has been apprehended as an offender. Mr. A claimed that he was urinating. Police are verifying whether Mr. A is the same man who was previously accused of forcibly harassing students at a dormitory near Yonsei University while naked and wearing a black mask.
