2025 Presidential Election, Overseas Voting Schedule and Registration Guide for Korean Nationals in Indonesia
๐ฃ To all Koreans in Indonesia, you must register as a voter to participate in the election.
According to the Constitutional Court of Korea's impeachment citation decision, the 21st presidential election will be held on June 3, 2025.
Based on this schedule, overseas voting is likely to take place from May 20 (Mon) to May 25 (Sat).
Don't forget to register as a voter and participate!
If you are a Korean national aged 18 or older residing overseas, you must register as a voter to be eligible to vote.
Registration categories:

- Overseas Residents: Students, business travelers, and residents with Korean addresses.
- Overseas Voters: Korean nationals without Korean addresses.

Registration is simple

- In-Person Registration: Visit your local overseas Korean embassy, email, or mail.
You can enter your passport number and email address to immediately verify your identity and registration status.
What is the overseas voting schedule?

- Voting Locations: Korean Embassy in Indonesia and designated polling stations (Jakarta is expected)
- Deadline for Candidate Registration for the Presidential Election: 23 days before election day
