A panel stacked on a canopy during the expansion construction of Hi-Pass at the Okcheon Expressway tollgate in Chungbuk fell onto the road due to strong winds, causing an accident. At 4:48 pm on the 22nd, a panel fell on the road in front of the Okcheon tollgate exit, but there were no casualties as there was no vehicle traffic at the time. The instantaneous maximum wind speed in the Okcheon area recorded 11.2 m/s, and strong winds are presumed to be the cause of the accident. Road construction controlled the exit and collected all the panels.
