The National Alliance for the Abolition of Discrimination Against People with Disabilities (Jeonjangyeon) held a subway demonstration on their way to work at Seoul Station, demanding the reflection of disability rights budgets. Park Hong-geun, Minister of Planning and Budget, said that the government budget is not decided according to the intensity of the demonstration and requested the suspension of the demonstration. Although Minister Park promised to meet with Jeonjangyeon representatives and thoroughly review budget-related demands, no budget agreement was reached. Jeonjangyeon pointed out that the government has actively tried to dialogue in the past with labor union strikes or collective actions in the medical field, and is demanding responsibility for disability rights. Jeonjangyeon continues the 'Po Che Tu Ji' action, demanding a meeting with the Minister of Health and Welfare without suspending the demonstration.
