If you want more powerful performance, there's really nothing else to recommend but Radeon. All of these cards will completely overwhelm any GeForce GPU currently priced competitively, so they are still significantly cheaper than anything NVIDIA has in this performance segment, even though they are higher than their own MSRPs.
The ASRock boards appear to be selling out soon, including both Radeon RX 9070 XT cards. In fact, we've already heard rumors that AMD may raise GPU prices soon, so it might be best to buy when... well, whenever the price is right.
The DIY market is in a bad state, and I'm sorry for everyone who has to buy hardware in this market. The unfortunate truth is that if you need parts now, you need them, and you have to pay whatever it costs to get what you need.
There are countless pieces of hardware slated for release around CES 2027, and if there's no RAM or GPU to pair with them, the excitement for new chips will be completely dampened. So hopefully things will improve next year.
