The Ministry of Transportation found that more than half of the intercity buses departing from type A terminals in Indonesia committed violations. The most frequent violation was route deviation, followed by expired BLU-e and KPS. The results of this supervision will be used to evaluate and guide bus operators to improve compliance with regulations. The Ministry of Transportation emphasized that safety must be a priority in the provision of public transportation services. Bus operators are urged to always meet administrative and technical requirements, as well as ensure that vehicles and drivers are in prime condition.
