A 10-year-old teenager in Incheon was arrested on suspicion of killing his mother with a weapon and strangling his pet dog to death after an argument with his mother. The court issued a warrant, citing concerns about A's potential flight risk and the need for him to be detained as a minor. A had a history of psychiatric treatment and had dropped out of high school and was unemployed. A's father and younger brother were not home at the time of the crime. Police are investigating the circumstances of the argument between A and his mother, B, and have requested an autopsy of the body from the National Forensic Service.
