Flooding has occurred in the Jakarta, Bogor, and Tangerang regions of Indonesia due to heavy rainfall. In Bogor, 3,891 people have been affected across six districts, with 941 houses and 3 places of worship inundated. The meteorological agency warned of high chances of rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds in the western, southern, and eastern parts of Jakarta. To prepare for flood risks, the Ciliwung River basin area in Jakarta and Banten region areas, particularly Lebak and Tangerang, must prepare for additional flood threats. The Banten Disaster Prevention Agency warned that flooding in Bogor will automatically affect Banten region and requested support and supply assistance.
