It also plans to review a plan to gradually expand the application of the Labor Standards Act to workplaces with less than five employees and promote the establishment of 'K-Labor Welfare Council,' a welfare system delivery organization for non-regular workers. Finally, it plans to strengthen labor protection policies by strengthening intensive management of companies that repeatedly have accidents of the same type and expanding the wage differentiation payment system.
