Recruitment Fields and Main Duties
1) Production Planning (Supervisor – Manager Level)
✔ Nike order analysis and production planning establishment
✔ Preference for candidates with 5~15 years of experience in the same industry
2) Quality Control (Director – Executive Level)
✔ Quality control during processes and product inspection
✔ Quality standard management and system establishment
✔ Brand response
3) Purchasing Management (Supervisor – Deputy Manager Level)
✔ Development and implementation of purchasing strategies
✔ Supplier management
✔ Material planning, inventory management, and related data management

Qualifications / Preferred Conditions
✅ Production Planning (Supervisor – Manager Level)
- Preference for candidates with 5~15 years of experience in the same industry
- English proficiency preferred
✅ Quality Control (Director – Executive Level)
- Preference for candidates with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Control (QC)
(Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in footwear or the same industry) - Preference for candidates with Nike or global footwear brand experience
- Indonesian language proficiency required
✅ Purchasing Management (Supervisor – Deputy Manager Level)
- Preference for candidates with experience in the same industry's purchasing team
- Indonesian language proficiency required
Working Conditions
📅 Working Hours : 5 days a week / 07:00 - 17:00
📍 Work Location : Central Java, Indonesia (Salatiga)
