💼 Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Overall management of BOTTOM production
- IE (Industrial Engineering), CE (Chemical Engineering)
- Creating work standards for adhesive application in new shoe model development
- Testing bonding strength specifications and managing work standards for mass-produced products
- Improving quality and production of chemical products
