The Kiwoom Heroes defeated the SSG Landers 5-3 to avenge their previous day's loss. Kiwoom secured victory thanks to Kim Woong-bin's two-run left field hit and home runs by Matt Davidson and Kim Woong-bin. SSG starter Pedro Avila struck out many batters through four innings but was replaced after giving up three runs. As a result of this game, Kiwoom reduced their lead over SSG to 1.5 games.
