A man in his 40s stabbed a woman in her 50s who is a foreigner near Sangwangsipli Station in Seongdong-gu, Seoul. The two did not know each other, and whether it was a 'no questions asked' crime has not yet been confirmed. The victim woman was injured in the neck and taken to a nearby hospital, but her life is not in danger as it is a minor injury.
