Seongcheol Jang, a 20-year-old man with intellectual disabilities residing in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, went missing during on-site training on the 29th of last month. He deviated from the training location and disappeared on Siheung-daero, and CCTV footage confirmed that he passed near Yeouido Park in Yeongdeungpo-gu. However, his whereabouts are unknown as he does not have a mobile phone or card. Usually, he would return home within 1 to 2 hours, but this time he did not come back, leaving his guardians bewildered. Jang was wearing a sports cap, striped short-sleeved T-shirt, and blue pants. Police are requesting active tips from witnesses.
