A fire broke out on the passenger ship ' Mutiara Sentosa 2' in the waters off East Java, Indonesia. The ship was carrying about 250 passengers and crew members at the time of the incident and was heading from Surabaya to Makassar. Passengers jumped into the sea due to the fire and were rescued by nearby ships, but 40 people are still on board the ship. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined, and Indonesian authorities have dispatched rescue teams to carry out search operations.
