The victims were all crew members and fuel truck drivers. Fire authorities believe the fire was caused by a spark that occurred during fuel refueling. The fire was reported at 10 p.m. and was extinguished by 5 a.m. the following morning. The total affected area was 160 square meters, with estimated economic losses of approximately $500,000.
