Samsung has released the stable version of One UI 9 for the Galaxy Z Fold 8, Z Fold 8 Ultra, and Z Flip 8 foldable phone series. Users of all three phones do not need to perform a software update as One UI 9 is already installed as the default interface. One UI 9 offers several enhancements, including more customization options in the Quick Panel, improved Samsung DeX experience, and new settings in the Game Booster feature. Another new feature is the AI Assistant Activity Dashboard which displays all AI activity on one page, making it easier for users to monitor and manage AI-performed tasks. The Nudge feature is also introduced as a contextual assistant that provides relevant suggestions based on user activity on the screen.
