On November 11th during the Armed Forces Day,
I purchased a Wheeltop EDS OX 2.0.
Setting it up... the manual was like some kind of code,
hard to understand, but I managed to install it somehow by fiddling around.
While I was using it,
it suddenly stopped working......
After a few days, it recovered on its own
but then it stopped working again.
** Manuals and known troubleshooting methods are useless.**
It's a defect within the warranty period of 90 days..
I requested a refund from AliExpress and the seller (free return was a condition at the time of purchase)

I fell into a clever trap set by AliExpress and the seller,
and the product I purchased for over 600,000 won including customs duties
is clearly defective due to a manufacturing defect.
The refund request was forcibly terminated due to a partial refund of only 58,000 won.

I requested a refund on the Ali system, and
since it said "partial refund",
I clicked on it out of curiosity and
it seems to be automatically considered as consent. ㅜㅜ

**Manufacturing Defect**
1. Despite being an electronic device, it lacks a physical reset function (such as a button).
- The app can be reset, but the problem is that the app doesn't connect either.
2. The manual says that forcing power on it could cause a malfunction.
To connect the magnetic charging cable, the derailleur cage is too close to the terminal,
so there is no gap and I have to force the cage open to insert it.
Whether this is the direct cause of the malfunction is unclear, but there is definitely a serious manufacturing defect.
I'm writing this so that others don't get caught like me with this Chinese junk.
