Coca-Cola beverages will increase the wholesale price of 52 items, including Coca-Cola, Sprite, and Fanta, by an average of 7.2% starting from March 1st at convenience stores. This price hike is the first in about two years since September 2024 and is attributed to the rise in international oil prices and exchange rates due to the Middle East war, as well as the increase in raw material prices. For example, a 350ml can of Coca-Cola will increase from 2,100 won to 2,200 won, and a 350ml can of Sprite will increase from 1,900 won to 2,000 won. Coca-Cola beverages explained that they minimized the number of items and the extent of the price increase after consultation with relevant authorities.
