A suspicious white powder was found in a pavilion during a protest at Seoul Olympic Park over a shortage of ballots for the local elections. Police found a plastic bag containing the unidentified white powder about 300 meters away from the protest site and sent it to the National Forensic Service for drug testing. The investigation is ongoing.
