A fire broke out at the Coupang logistics center in Incheon, prompting an evacuation order for the surrounding area. The fire was extinguished after 61 hours, and with the risk of building collapse decreasing, the evacuation order was lifted at 11:00 pm that day. The evacuation order included commercial buildings and factories south of the Coupang logistics center but excluded residential areas. Nearby schools, including Sinseok Elementary School, took temporary closure measures due to the fire. Residents who were staying in evacuation shelters are expected to naturally return home.
