The second comprehensive special investigation team targeted Byung-ho Yoo, a member of the Board of Audit and Inspection (BAI), with an arrest warrant application for suspicion of improper audit regarding the process of relocating the presidential office during the Yoon Suk-yeol administration. The special investigation team applied charges of abuse of authority against Yoo, alleging that he interfered with normal audits by issuing 'guidelines' on the investigation methods and data request procedures of the audit team. It is reported that Yoo changed face-to-face investigations to written investigations and instructed that data requests to the presidential office be made verbally rather than in writing. There are also suspicions that he falsely recorded information, such as listing 21 Grams only as an interior design company in the audit report. Yoo denies all charges and argues that the audit proceeded according to due process.
