A man in his 60s, Mr. A, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder for stabbing his neighbor, Mr. B, a man in his 50s, with a weapon at a villa in Seohae-gu, Incheon. Mr. A harbored resentment towards Mr. B due to noise issues that arose when Mr. B moved into the villa in the past. The previous evening, Mr. A encountered Mr. B on the stairs and attacked him with a weapon. Mr. B sustained injuries but is not in life-threatening condition. Police are planning to review an application for an arrest warrant for Mr. A after further investigation.
