PT. Firstindo Express began operations in 1994, originally founded under the name PT. Firsta Expressindo. At that time, it partnered with First Express Int'l in Seoul to handle import/export logistics for the clothing and footwear industries. In 2004, along with a new CI (corporate image) design, the company changed its name to PT. Firstindo Express, and now provides freight logistics services across diverse industries beyond clothing and footwear, extending into heavy industry (steel, molds, etc.).
