I uploaded a comparison article of Garmin 850 and Bryton Rider 3 not long ago.
I'm still wondering which one to use between the 850 and the Rider 3.
I'll try using both for a while and write a review.
First, I'd like to write about the functions I usually use.
First of all, about GPX usability.
When loading a GPX file and following it,
Guidance at forks in the road:
Garmin: Pop-up guidance for left/right turns and remaining distance
Wahoo: No separate indication
Waypoint guidance:
When adding waypoints with RidingGo:
Garmin: Displays in Korean, Wahoo: Does not display in Korean
When approaching a waypoint:
Garmin: Waypoints are marked on the map but no separate pop-up or notification is given.
Wahoo: A pop-up notification appears when you approach.
Loading maps from the app:
Wahoo: Only displays the map, GPX waypoints and climbs cannot be viewed separately.
Garmin: You can view waypoint and climbing information.
The photos are the same. They were taken when the same reservoir Granfondo course file was loaded.
Something seems to be licensed,
Garmin works but Wahoo doesn't, and vice versa.
It's strange how the functions are divided almost exactly in half.
