1. The Committee for Overseas Koreans is promoting government awards to domestic and international individuals who have contributed to the advancement of Korean communities abroad in commemoration of 'The 20th World Day of Korean People (October 5th).'

In this regard, according to the "Guidelines for Government Awards," from July 3rd to July 19th, the Committee for Overseas Koreans and overseas missions will publicly solicit opinions on award nominees through their websites (as attached). If you have any opinions about the nominees, please submit them by 24:00 (Korea Standard Time) on July 19th, 2026 to the opinion submission address below.
