1. The rider, who was driving over the center line, entered the inside after seeing the measuring equipment.
2. Hit the measuring equipment.

1. Ignoring the marshal's stop request.
2. Claiming it was an unintentional mistake because of the person driving next to them.
3. Saying they left the marshal's request for a bib number (the bike only had a measuring chip attached and no bib numbers were on the bike or helmet).
There is footage of the rider driving over the center line. Can we really say it was a mistake due to lack of forward attention?
