Always just throwing it away
Today, I replaced the tire and tube for the first time in a while, and I suddenly wondered
Where do you put this??
Is it to be attached to the inside of the rim between the rim and the tube for protection???
Or, since the brand name is printed on it, should it be attached to the outside of the rim to fix the valve??
I searched the internet and found it on RideNow's Instagram ㅋㅋㅋ
There was also a person who posted an article with the same curiosity on Reddit ㅋㅋㅋ
Instagram says the latter

But I probably won't use it and just throw it away...
