Hello. I was editing a riding video and it was inconvenient, so I made a tool myself,
and I'm sharing it in case anyone else has found it annoying.
I use the Osmo Action 5, which has speed and power overlay functions built into the camera. But actually using them —
① Combining all the separate video files
② Applying the GPX
③ Syncing…
This process takes longer than you might think. Especially combining the videos takes a lot of time, so it's been a burden to do every time.
So I made a tool that allows you to load multiple clips directly without combining them and apply overlays for editing.
Just put in the GPX (or FIT) and it automatically syncs the video through analysis.
- Speed, gradient, power, heart rate, cadence overlay (no watermark, free)
- Load multiple clips directly (no need to combine)
- Automatic correction of GPS delay at start/stop, highlight/shorts extraction, 4K export
It's still a macOS (Apple Silicon) beta with many shortcomings. (We are preparing it so that you can use it on Windows as well)
