Currently, I am using Standard.
On flat ground, there is no difference in tension.
When uphill dancing, Easy just comes loose and
is quite dangerous.
Even if you tighten the angle adjustment screws on the shoes all the way,
Easy easily comes loose during uphill dancing.
There have actually been people who fell.
If you compare two cleats at first,
you can't tell what's different.
The angle of the latch that catches on the pedal is lower on Easy,
making it easier to attach and detach. The Standard has a slightly higher angle. Removing the cleats
is easy with Standard too, but when attaching them,
they don't engage while stationary.
They need to be engaged while starting and under load on the pedal. For those who often ride uphill,
Standard is sufficient.
If you mainly ride on flat ground, Easy is enough.
