As a result, they acknowledged the mistake in the service process and shipped an improved product on the same day.
Actually, quite some time had passed since I received AS, so it was a difficult situation to prove if the other party denied their fault.
However, the company immediately recognized their mistake and sincerely apologized.
Their response was very quick, and they also sent me a small gift bag and a water bottle as a token of apology.

SPD70 sensor improvement check
Unlike the initial model I used before, the improved product I received this time has a thin foam pad added inside the battery cover.
It seems to be a version that solves the chronic poor contact problem by fixing the battery gap.
