Between last night and today's midnight, between 9th 23:50~0:35, I saw a regular vehicle driving on the Yeouido~ Banpo Bridge bicycle-only path~
I reported it because it was so ridiculous. Something incredibly bright was coming from behind, and I wasn't sure what it was
I witnessed the Ttareungi cyclists' expressions of disbelief too....same here~
It seemed like it needed to be reported, so I filed it, but is there CCTV on the bicycle road? I hope there is, but my dashcam quality is only clear enough to make out rough details...
The license plate identification isn't very clear ㅠ
