Hello. I'm Seogacha.
I'll write a travelogue about handlebars, along with some information, on the free board.
Previously, when I rode v4rs, I used 420-110 handlebars for size 530.
When I decided to purchase Y1Rs, L-size Whitewall Champ was not available for order, and even if ordered, it would take 3~4 months.
I hurriedly met a good seller at Dossa and got it used.
Y1Rs have been determined to have handlebar sizes according to the frame size since they were introduced domestically, so there is an inconvenience that you have to purchase handlebars separately.
L size comes with 397-125 handlebars as standard, but I heard that a previous owner in Jeonju exchanged handlebars with someone else.
As a result of changing the frame size for sale, I received M size handlebars purchased by the seller, and I ended up using 377-115 for the first time.
After trying it out, the handlebars felt a bit short, so I posted an exchange post with a 10mm longer stem, but.. no one responded..
So I directly purchased 397-125 from eBay.
I'm 184cm tall and have a long upper body, which is a typical short-legged physique.
Since the reach was a bit long, even with a 125mm stem, I felt it was a bit short.
I thought about purchasing handlebars that were a little longer because of the pain of being short-legged and wanting to increase the frame size.
After looking through foreign websites, the products they sell have 135 as the longest product, which was disappointing.
So I ordered a 145mm stem and waited for it.
Pogacha said he uses a 145mm stem... so it looks a little prettier.. haha
I think there will be limitations in fitting and other aspects for those who ride Y1Rs.
I'm already changing handlebars for the third time because of that.
According to the shop, official importers will soon carry handlebars and seatposts, so it seems that purchasing or replacing handlebars will be easier.
Anyway, I just wanted to say. I'll leave a photo of the 145mm handlebar and a photo of myself riding...
If you have any questions, please leave a comment and I will answer as best I can!
It's Monday, the start of the week for everyone, so cheer up and have a great week!
