The world is a bicycle, even bicycles are bicycles.

The talented live as the talented do,
and the untalented live as the untalented do.
Fakes here, fakes there — fakes run the show.

You just live the way the water flows.

When cycling is booming, you enjoy being part of it,

and when cycling is in decline, you enjoy it for what it is.

The veterans stick with the veterans,

the newbies stick with the newbies,

and solo riders do their own thing.

Does it matter one way or the other? What can you do? ㅎ

Isn't life — and cycling — just about finding what you love?

People who've ridden a bike and discovered a whole new world,

people who've hurt others while riding, and people who've been hurt,

people who are broke but want to buy everything,

people who bought it all and lost interest,

people who lost interest, sold everything, and then got back into it like it's Dragon Ball all over again,

people who ride because they love the social side,

people who love the machine and spend their time disassembling and reassembling bikes,

people who love cycling so much they wipe their bikes down every single day,

people who never ride but go all out shopping for gear and accessories,

people who secretly hope that by cycling they'll fatefully meet their road-goddess girlfriend,

people who want to be the queen bee among countless male riders,

people who ride bikes and shoot YouTube videos to make money,

it seems like there are just so many different ways people relate to and approach cycling.

You just go your own way.

Whether you do pack rides, solo rides, ride a flagship bike, or ride a basic one,

whatever you do, you'll stop when you're no longer satisfied,

and if something like COVID hits again, everyone will swarm back in,

those who will ride will keep riding,

and those who won't, won't — isn't that just what cycling is? ^^
