My vision is for the Han River to be everyone's Han River, where pedestrians, runners, and cyclists are all happy. (Of course, I'd like 99.9% of it to be allocated to bicycles)
On June 24th, on my way home from work, I saw a yellow-haired male celebrity filming something near Jamsudang Bridge.
However, because they were filming on the pedestrian walkway, pedestrians kept popping out onto the bike path.
(They set up equipment on the walkway for filming)
There were no traffic control officers or anyone who looked like one.
It's fine to film.
But don't we need a traffic control officer to guide pedestrians and riders so they don't mix, in order for the Han River to be safe for everyone?
