It's May and the weather is getting nice. There are more people at the Han River bike path these days. But there are really a lot of people who don't have any sense.
On Sunday, while I was hanging my clothes on a clothesline, I passed by Yongbi Rest Area and went towards Banpo Bridge. Two women riding a tandem bicycle had the front wheel on the pedestrian path and the rear wheel perpendicular to it on the bike path. Thanks to them, the passage was blocked to the point where it was impossible to pass. They didn't seem to realize the problem.
People also ride Ttareungi bikes in parallel a lot, so I have to ring my bell or yell at them to get out of the way. There are quite a few people who don't move even when I tell them to. Among the children, some try to dance with me as I overtake them and even try to overtake me backwards. It's frustrating because if I accidentally hit them, there could be a big accident.
Beginner riders can't ride in a straight line or suddenly make an S-shape while riding in a straight line. I don't know when or how they will move, so it's scary to pass them...
And please, runners and walkers on the bike path, stay on the pedestrian path.
